Through a real-time data connection, Senken now receives live project information from developers using BlueLayer. This includes updates on inventory, pricing, delivery timelines and key project fields that are relevant for due diligence and portfolio construction.

Projects still pass through Senken’s Sustainability Integrity Index. Only those that meet our quality criteria are added to our offering and made available to buyers.
