# Senken

> Senken is the science-backed standard for carbon credit procurement. European enterprises use Senken to buy verified, audit-ready carbon credits, screened through the Sustainability Integrity Index (SII) — a due-diligence framework of 600+ datapoints per project, aligned with the Oxford Offsetting Principles and the ICVCM Core Carbon Principles. Fewer than 5% of global climate projects qualify.

Senken helps sustainability, finance and procurement teams build carbon credit portfolios with real climate impact, no greenwashing risk, and the documentation to satisfy auditors and CSRD, CDP and SBTi reporting.
